Yes, pets are very welcome at Frida. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet. Guide dogs and certified service animals are always welcome to stay with us free of charge. For further details, please refer to Section 7 “Pets” in our terms and conditions.

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you plan to arrive earlier or would like to extend your stay, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to find a suitable solution, subject to availability.

No, breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate. Look forward to a relaxed start to your day at the Frida Café.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. n the event of a later cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the agreed amount. Bookings require prepayment. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment is required in advance at the time of online booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. As our hotel operates without a staffed reception, payment on site in cash or by cheque is not possible.
